In this 7 day challenge I want to teach you multiple methods to start the day with intention, so you can explore which ones resonate with you best.
I will teach you different breathing techniques to energize body and regulate nervous system in a short time. This is a perfect way to start the day with balanced sympathetic and parasymphatetic nervous systeme.
We will do short yoga flows to detox the body-mind-soul after a night of sleep to start the day feeling fresh.
The perfect morning routine means that some mornings require more clarity, which often comes from stillness. Meditation techniques combined with conscious breath help you to face the challenges of the day with calmness and balance.
