What are the movements based on?

These four movements are incorporated by using the principles of physiotherapy, osteopathy, yoga and movement correction therapy. They focus on lower back which is the main area where sciatic nerve issues usually root from. Pinching sensation happens when sciatic nerve does not have enough space to go down the leg freely.

How to bring space for compressed sciatic nerve?

In order to release sciatic nerve, we want to bring spage between the intervertebral discs, mobilizy and release tension from lower back and possibly also to remove inflammation around lowest vertebras.
